Eurofins Advinus is the only contract research organization (CRO) in India to have developed data in support of 90+ end-to-end IND enabling packages to be submitted to global regulators such as USFDA, EMA, MHRA, Health Canada and others. + Creating & implementing yearly marketing strategy for 3 Business units. + Responsible for social media management, email blast, direct marketing, AdWords. + Daily online ad performance monitoring & optimization. + Support marketing literature & scientific content development for 3 Business unit’s teams. + Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to optimize impact. + Responsible 25+ global event marketing activities & execution + Basic designing on software like Canva / CorelDraw / Photoshop + Supporting lead generation activities & working closely with BD team + Monthly marketing reports to management tracking the development. + Perform market research (both real-time and traditional) on a regular basis in region and globally. Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in a related life sciences field with MBA/ PGDM in Marketing + Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a related life sciences field with MBA/ PGDM in Marketing. + Minimum 4+ years’ experience in CRO / CRDMO industry B2B marketing. + Should understand Digital, Branding & Event marketing for CRDMO services. + Creative designing skills, website development and scientific content writing. + Problem-solving, self-motivated person with great communication skills. Individual contributor with highest integrity & work ethics + Excellent oral / written communication skills and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
