Job Title: MMK96H – Manager- Marketing Automation

Brief Description: The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and campaigns. As a key driver of our demand generation strategy, this role will execute data-driven, multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture prospects to fuel our sales pipeline. This role is critical to ensure software and tools are aligned to meet marketing and business strategy, goals, and best practices. 

 Day-to-day, this individual will be involved in various marketing and sales operations projects, responsible for ongoing database management, managing customer segmentation, as well as performance monitoring and KPI analysis to optimize various metrics including leads and conversion rates.
 

Specific job duties:

Expertly manage and optimize automated lead generation and nurture campaigns via HubSpot database management platformProactively research and employ latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards of HubSpot platform managementConfigure and implement HubSpot workflows, forms, landing pages, email sequences, lead scoring models, and other features to automate marketing and sales activitiesApply best practices and test strategies for content optimization to drive engagement and generate leads, working with marketing lead and agency partnerBuild efficient and organized database segmentation for effective and innovative targeting solutionsThoroughly and proactively monitor and track campaign KPIs through HubSpot dashboards that can be easily accessed and understoodInterpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights from HubSpot analytics to inform go-to-market strategiesMaintain HubSpot data integrity by cleaning, managing and growing database to ensure accurate lead and contact information for effective outreachFoster strong partnership with marketing and sales leadership to align demand generation strategy with business goals, go-to-market strategies and customer lifecycle managementDeliver excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and ensure on-time, trackable deliveryPartner with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to lead generation process and hand-offs to support tech integrations between marketing automation, CRM, and website CMS platforms

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 – 5 years relevant experience Expert management of HubSpot Marketing Hub (with knowledge of Sales Hub, Service Hub) and proficiency in SalesforceFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Proficient in WordPress administration and functionalitiesExperience with functionality of Google AnalyticsKnowledge of GDRP, PECR and other relevant privacy regulationsStrong, independent project management skills with the ability to strategically prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detailAbility to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high-growth environmentGrowth mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goalsMust take ownership and accountability to work autonomously on a small team without continuous direction move work forward in a strategic, efficient manner Must write and present with clear, concise communication that resonates with all key stakeholders, including senior leadership
