Job Description

As a Marketo Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform (MAP) to drive seamless marketing operations. You will oversee lead management, data quality, system integrations, reporting, and user administration, ensuring effective campaign execution and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketo Administration & Integration
 Manage Marketo user roles, permissions, and audit trails, ensuring secure and structured access.
 Oversee and optimize MAP integrations with Salesforce (SFDC), data enrichment platforms, and other Martech tools.
 Monitor and troubleshoot sync issues, data discrepancies, and process gaps to maintain operational efficiency.
Lead Management & Data Quality
 Design and implement lead scoring models, lead management workflows, and data validation processes to enhance lead quality.
 Maintain database hygiene by eliminating duplicates, deactivating junk records, and refining lead qualification criteria.
 Implement consent management and segmentation strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and targeted marketing execution.

Testing & Optimization
 Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates, new integrations, and lead flow processes.
 Execute A/B testing and optimize automation workflows to improve marketing performance.
 Manage IP warming strategies during platform migrations and optimize email deliverability.
 Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on marketing automation best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Marketing Campaign & Reporting Support
 Provide campaign teams with email deployment support and landing page development as needed.
 Generate and analyze audience reports, campaign performance metrics, and lead insights using Marketo, SFDC, and analytics tools.
 Collaborate with IT, lead management, and campaign teams to enhance MAP capabilities and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

 10+ years of experience in Marketing Automation.
 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Marketo.
 Deep understanding of marketing processes, including lead generation, nurturing, and qualification.
 Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template and landing page customization.
 Hands-on experience integrating Marketo with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC).
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
