JOB SUMMARY
Lead the optimization and transformation of our marketing operations processes. This role will be instrumental in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across our marketing function. Successful candidates will be a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of driving organizational change. They will possess both the operations expertise to optimize our marketing processes/supporting technology and the leadership skills to educate and guide teams through significant transformation.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform management responsibilities to include but are not limited to involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.Process Optimization and Work Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive 3–5-year marketing operations transformation roadmapImplement and optimize marketing work management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Establish a marketing operations center of excellence to drive best practices and continuous improvementImplement agile methodologies to increase speed-to-market and scalabilityTechnology and Innovation:Architect and implement future-state vision for marketing operations technology stackEvaluate and implement Gen AI tools and use cases to enhance marketing operations and content developmentDrive a culture of data-driven decision making and operational excellenceDevelop a governance framework for rapid experimentation and iteration of marketing operation strategiesLeadership and Change Management:Regularly report transformation progress to marketing leadership and manage stakeholder expectationsLead change management initiatives, including developing communication plans and training programsBuild and lead a high-performing team of marketing operations specialistsDevelop and manage budget for marketing operations transformation initiativesPerformance Measurement:Develop a comprehensive framework for measuring marketing operations ROIImplement performance dashboards providing real-time insights to drive decision makingOther duties as assigned or requested.EXPERIENCE

Pay Range Minimum:
$92,300.00Pay Range Maximum:
$170,800.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
