Our nursing Managers are directly responsible for overseeing the daily operations and is intricately involved in the quality of patient care while assuring the delivery of individualized nursing care is given from each team member. If this describes you, connect with us and join our elite team of skilled nurses. **What you’ll do:** + Leader of a 32 bed Telemetry and medical surgical Unit + Oversees daily operations + Oversees quality of patient care to assure delivery of individualized nursing care + Oversees patient care delivery to maximize patient/family satisfaction and minimize risk of injury or negative outcomes to patients or employees while serving as a resource for staff + Oversees staffing complement and budget management + Coordinates orientation and/or training for team + Responsible for driving patient care across the continuum through leadership of disciplinary care rounds and care management **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience** + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing AND One of the following: + Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3 years leadership experience OR + Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline OR + Master’s Degree and no experience Also: + Two years in charge or leadership position within the last five years in a hospital setting + Five years recent nursing experience **Preferred Education and Experience** Click here to enter the preferred requirements **Required Licensure and Certifications** + Active RN license (RN:TN) + Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) + ACLS required on telemetry units within six months **Preferred Licensure and Certifications** + Specialty Certification required within six months **Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Training** + N/A **Preferred Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Training** + Clinical knowledge as a Registered Nurse in the same or similar clinical specialty + Prior leadership Experience + Staffing or Budget Management **Pay Range** $40.56 - $58.81 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
