Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Manager of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care in Southern, IL. The Manager of Mission Integration and Spiritual Care provides leadership in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of programs and activities related to Mission, Ethics and Spiritual Care. Works collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, volunteers, patients/families as HSHS advances its strategic plan toward better health by addressing our human potential, nurturing physician alignment, expanding our site of care transformation and achieving a unified organization.

Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: Southern, IL

Education QualificationsBachelor's degree in theology, scripture, spirituality, ethics or related field is required. Master's degree in theology, scripture, spirituality, ethics or related field is preferred. One (1) unit of Clinical Pastoral Education from an Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) Accredited Center required. Total of two (2) to four (4) units of Clinical Pastoral Education from an Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) Accredited Center required within two (2) years of hire. Experience Qualifications3 years of leadership experience is required. A practicing member within a faith tradition that is in good standing with 2 years experience working in Catholic healthcare, mission, spiritual care or related experience is required. Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsCertification with National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC), Association of Professional Chaplains (APC) or Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC), or CASC (Canadian Association of Spiritual Care) is required within three (3) years of hire. Pay Range:

$35.92 - $53.88

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
