About the role
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Night Shift Production Managers to join our team at Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. in Rosario, Cavite. As a Shift Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our industry-leading products.
What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day production activities and workflows during your assigned shifts
Ensure production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained
Effectively lead and motivate your team of production workers to drive continuous improvement
Identify and resolve production issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality, and maintenance to optimise production processes
Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings
Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity
Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or a similar role in the manufacturing industry
Proven track record of leading and motivating production teams to achieve operational excellence
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
Proficient in utilizing production management tools and data analysis techniques
Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Knowledge of quality management systems and production planning techniques
Relevant educational background in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management or a related field
