The Nurse Manager will develop, administer, manage, and implement all nursing and related patient care for areas of accountability. Responsibilities included but are not limited to implementation of systems and solutions, identify patient care and facility efficiencies, budget & oversight of nursing programs/services, implement performance improvement strategies, strategic nursing business initiatives, collaborate and communicate program plans through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, while fostering patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Works collaboratively with all facility departments to operationalize nursing integration.
