Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population. Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience or 20 years of clinical nursing experience AND Bachelor's Degree, Or Master's Degree. California Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire 6 years of Related Nursing experience. 3 years of Nursing leadership experience. Computer experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree Specialty certificate based on unit upon hire
