Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s).  Works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum.  Minimal supervision required.

Required Qualifications:

New Mexico Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire 3 years of Professional nursing experience. 2 years of Clinical experience in specific clinical area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Master's Degree in Nursing ACLS and/or PALS upon hire Specialty certification related to practice upon hire Maintains chemotherapy hospital-based certification (Medical Oncology and Physician Offices) upon hire Supervisory/leadership experience.
