Description We are in search of a Manager of Benefits to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with managing and overseeing our benefits programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing excellent service to our team members. You will be using various software systems including ADP and Ceridian, and your role will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health and wellbeing of our organization. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the benefits programs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations • Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records of benefits and financial services • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of benefits data • Handle 401k - RRSP administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing • Manage the Cobra Administration process, ensuring all benefits are correctly administered • Oversee and manage the claims administration process, ensuring all claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner • Utilize Oracle and other applications and financial services tools to manage and monitor benefits programs • Handle any other tasks related to the Benefit Functions as required.
