Manager of Budgets & Building Operations for SoP&HS
Job Summary: The Manager of Budgets & Building Operations for School of Pharmacy & Health Sciences (SoP&HS) reports to the Dean of the School of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. This position is responsible for managing compensation and operating budgets for all departments within the School of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, making recommendations to ensure fiscal solvency. This position is also responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the School of Pharmacy & Health Sciences buildings, and the coordination and execution of building projects. Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 2. A minimum of four years experience in financial and budgetary data analysis or related full-time work experience required. 3. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with School leadership and faculty. 4. Excellent organizational skills, problem solving ability, and ability to handle multiple priorities. 5. Proficiency with computerized systems for data management and spreadsheets. Familiarity with Colleague / Datatel a plus. 6. Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information. 7. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check.
