Provides leadership in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of electronic documentation. Accountable for strategic planning, implementation, evaluation, and revision of needs-based computer systems that support clinical practice and regulatory requirements. Provides oversight for the coordination, development, and evaluation of applications systems and assigned specialty programs. Qualifications Education: • Master’s Degree Required - Consideration will be given to those currently enrolled in formal education to obtain a master’s degree - master’s degree in leadership and or informatics and IT certifications preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration: • Current FL RN License Required Special Experience Required: • Minimum of five years professional nursing practice experience required with clinical, management, and/or education experience. • Must possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills with knowledge and application of professional nursing practice environments and quality/safety improvement processes. • Ability to demonstrate skills in creating vision, effecting change and facilitating transitions
