Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program. + Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives. + Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. + Assign tasks and prioritize and coordinate work. + Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures. + Monitor and adhere to budget. + Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. **Additional Preferences** + Experience running the board in an OR environment + Understanding the complexities of coordinating Anesthesiologist schedules in an OR environment + Auditing charts to undertand efficient OR scheduling + Developing programs and initiatives within an OR environment (Room rurn around times, Quality initiatives, etc.) + Payroll review and approval + Provider onboarding, etc. + Excellent focus, critical and analytical thinking skills and communication skills **Why Join Our Team** Ascension St. John has been serving Northeast Oklahoma with compassionate, personalized care since 1926.
