Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case. **Summary:** This position directs, develops and administers all facets of the RNBC Executive Functions Curriculum, including professional development services and products. The Manager of Educational Services also provides direction to educational services staff members, including the executive functions tutoring program staff, and provides and coordinates all speaking engagements centered on the Executive Functions Curriculum. This individual exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. **Required Job Qualifications:** • Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience in teaching and learning, as well as in curriculum development and implementation. • A strong knowledge of neurobehavioral disorders and a specific knowledge of learning disabilities and other areas covered within the educational category of the exceptional child are necessary to provide oversight for the areas delineated in the previous components of the job description. • Must possess strong analytic ability to evaluate existing information and integrate it into new models in the continued development of the services and products related to executive function skills. • Computer proficiency, including the current version of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other computer programs and apps is required. • Excellent organizational skills and strong oral and written communication skills are required. This individual must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. **Preferred Job Qualifications:** • Doctorate Degree preferred. **Responsibilities:** • Oversight for the development of digital products and other products and services posted in different media formats as well services related to the Executive Functions Curriculum offered to schools and other educational institutions • Oversight to expand marketing efforts related to all executive functions products and services offered within Educational Services • Coordinate efforts with two other leaders at RNBC for Clinic and Research • Manages all grant-funded executive functions projects and oversight for all Educational Services finances, including budget development, invoicing of schools for services and depositing funds into appropriate accounts • Hire, supervise and evaluate RNBC educational staff • Conduct information sessions, intake and history interviews with parents, as appropriate • Provide guidance for intake screenings conducted by Educational Services staff related to executive functions coaching services offered to both individual students and families • Collaborates with educational staff to design individualized Executive Functions Curricular modifications and accommodations for implementation with specialized student populations • Provide periodic verbal and/or written feedback on progress of programs to funding sources • Designs and implements similar programs in other settings information gathered in the administration of school intervention program. • Maintain on-going familiarity with current research, including application, related to the development, implementation, and delivery of executive functions services and products, including leading discussions regarding relevancy to RNBC Educational Services undertakings • Foster exploration in educational research and resources relative to teaching and learning, including professional development, regarding topics not related to the development of Executive Function skills • Philanthropy and Development • Collaborates with the Department of Philanthropy to investigate funding sources to support educational outreach program development • Collaborates with the Department of Philanthropy to prepare grants and other proposals for the expanded enhancement of the program • Provide support for RNBC special events as needed Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
