About the team + role

The Brokerage International team’s goal is to democratize finance globally by expanding Robinhood into different countries - starting with the United Kingdom. The team solves challenges such as scaling our products to support many regions and building products specific to these local markets that allow us to best serve our customers.

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead this dynamic team and work with product, design, and other engineering teams to drive innovation in our global expansion. You’ll be responsible for crafting the team’s strategy, delivering impactful projects, and scaling the platform to meet the needs of our growing global user base.

This role requires a strong technical background, particularly in full-stack development, a keen product sense, and a collaborative approach. If you're passionate about building the future of Robinhood Brokerage and crafting seamless experiences for millions of users, we'd love to hear from you!

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
