Description We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to oversee the management, optimization, and support of enterprise business systems, with a strong emphasis on ERP application management. This role will lead a team of Business Analysts and ERP Administrators, ensuring that enterprise applications align with business objectives, improve efficiency, and support operational needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP administration, system integrations, and business process improvement. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts and ERP Administrators, providing direction, coaching, and professional development. + Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s ERP system (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Oracle, Epicor, or similar). + Work closely with business stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and translate them into ERP system enhancements and process improvements. + Manage system integrations between ERP and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. + Oversee ERP upgrades, implementations, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. + Develop and enforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies for enterprise applications. + Lead change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption of new ERP features and functionalities. + Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure system performance, scalability, and compliance. + Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) related to enterprise applications. + Develop and manage enterprise application budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and investments. Qualifications & Skills: + 7+ years of experience in ERP and enterprise application management. + 3+ years of experience leading teams of Business Analysts and ERP Administrators. + Strong knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, or similar). + Experience with system integrations, data management, and business process automation. + Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting tools, and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). + Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security best practices. + Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills. + Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive process improvements. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS applications. + Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ERP-specific certifications. + Hands-on experience with SQL, scripting, or low-code automation tools.
