Manager of Fundraising Events and Special Projects Rhinebeck, NY (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=6339+Mill+Streeet+Rhinebeck+NY+USA+12572) Job Type Full-time Description We are in search of a detail-oriented and results-driven Manager of Fundraising Events and Special Projects who will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of fundraising events and drive initiatives and special projects that align with our mission and vision. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the executive leadership, development team, volunteers, and external partners and cross-functional teams to ensure the success of events and special projects. This is a Hybrid position (office/remote). Job Benefits: Benefits for Full Time employees: · 4 weeks paid vacation annually; · 13 paid holidays, 4 personal days; · 1 sick day per month, accruable to 150 days; · Fully paid individual LTD and life insurance; · Eligible for participation in agency medical and dental plan both individual and family, with small employee contribution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in planning and coordinating fundraising events. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passion for the mission of improving mental health and well-being. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Must be able to work evenings and weekends for certain types of events. Salary Description $70,000-$70,000/yr
