Summary of Position


Lead the Sales and Marketing efforts of Masonicare at Greenridge Place from cultivation to move-in. Meet with prospective resident, provide information about available units, qualify them as to level of interest, assist in coordinating completion of financial requirements, and final

commitment. Plans and executes community-specific marketing efforts to potential lead base and professional referral sources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Marketing Department is one of the first contacts a prospective resident may have.  All members of the department will set a tone of competence, caring and hospitality either on the phone or in person.Provide oversight of the Marketing and Sales Department and its activities.Serve as the face of Masonicare to the business community and the community at large, including participating in civic organizations and Chamber of Commerce.Organize and host events to attract prospects, and maintain lead base as needed.Outreach professional referral sources and host events to benefit ongoing professional educational needs and/or professional interest in the community.Follow up on inquiries, leading prospects to consider application and residency. This includes conducting individual and group tours, telephone calls, letters, individual and group information sessions on/off site, invitations to events, etc. This will also include educating prospects on the complete Masonicare continuum.   Input and maintain all prospect activity in computer database.Assist prospective residents in the application process and review applications to assure they comply with established criteria.Oversee the apartment reservation process for approved applicants including the receipt of deposits. Coordinates move-in procedures for new residents according to facility policy, working staff, and other departments to assure accommodations are in agreed upon condition. Complete final walk-through utilizing TELS system functions. Maintain records of current and prospective vacancies and prioritize apartment readiness based on need.              Work together with the Executive Director in developing and implementing the Sales/Marketing plan and budget for both Independent and Assisted Living to include all objectives of advertising, promotions and public relations. Completes all necessary paperwork, records and files related to Marketing and prospective residents in accordance with Masonicare marketing policies and procedures. Work together with the Executive Director on maintaining planned occupancy and create and maintain a viable wait list for both Independent and Assisted Living. Attend Leadership Forum, daily department head meetings, Masonicare Marketing meetings and other meetings at the request of the Executive Director.Performs other duties as needed.  

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:                   Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:                 Minimum five years hospitality or sales experience
