Under the leadership of AVP of Business Operations, our Manager of Member Outreach oversees the overall operations of the Member Outreach Department. The Manger of Member Outreach is responsible for planning and executing member engagement initiatives to improve the overall member experience and quality of care. Some daily responsibilities will include:\n\nManaging multiple member engagement initiatives including planning, executing, monitoring, and improving.\nOversees all member and provider calls are handled properly as per operational and regulatory requirement.\nEnsure initiatives completion to improve member experience. \nAssist in the preparation\/execution of membership surveys and evaluations.\n Leverage analytical skills to execute tasks.\n Apply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, process improvement and visualization. \nSupervise hiring, ensuring effective training, ongoing monitoring and Quality Assurance, evaluations, and any disciplinary actions.\nEffectively manage escalations by ensuring appropriate accountability, sense of urgency, communication and follow through to closure.\n\n
