NEUCO is seeking a Manager of Operations. The Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing business and administrative activities while supporting field supervisors and crews. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and leading various operations. The manager is responsible for setting goals, solving problems, and promoting staff development. They recruit, train, and manage staff, analyze financial reports, and ensure that project documentation is completed on time. A major focus of their role is to motivate teams to enhance productivity, encourage open communication, and align individual goals with Neuco’s objectives. The Manager of Operations also develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and customers to achieve Neuco’s strategic objectives. What You'll Do + Provide leadership and direction for teams in your area + Analyze and interpret financial reports + Meet aggressive deadlines, including weekly submittal of complete and correct timekeeping and proper coding of paperwork on job progress & costs + Track and manage time and performance on project deadlines + Establish/adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules and budgets + Maintain paperwork to properly manage each project + Spot and coach talent, make recommendations on hiring + Maintain all industry required Operator Qualification tasks + Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership What You'll Have + 8 to 10 years of experience in gas operations, including managing leaders and individual contributors + Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience + Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and cost data systems + Strong written communication skills for reports and proposals + Effective verbal communication skills with stakeholders and business contacts + Skilled in negotiating business strategies and resolving differences + Ability to analyze and interpret professional and financial documents + Capable of long-term planning and activity scheduling + Able to manage priorities, schedules, and time commitments independently. Must maintain mobility between departments and to attend meetings of employees and managers + Bending/Reaching/Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to bend, reach, or stoop to obtain office supplies and operate office equipment + Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: up to 50 pounds + Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Major portions of daily work require application of manual skills involving motor coordination and finger dexterity.
