Manager of Organizational Development & Change Enablement
The Manager of Organizational Development & Change Enablement plays a critical role in driving strategic organizational initiatives by designing and implementing solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness, enable change, and support talent and culture transformation. This role partners with cross-functional teams, leaders, and HR to deliver data-driven, scalable, and impactful OD and change management strategies.

This role is specifically supporting the People & Performance organization in driving changes associated with moving towards the HR function of the future.
Organizational Development:
Design and implement organizational development interventions, including team assessments, leadership development programs, and culture transformation initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and recommend solutions to address gaps in structure, processes, and effectiveness.
Facilitate workshops, team alignment sessions, and interventions to drive team cohesion and performance improvement.
Change Enablement:
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for key organizational initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training plans.
Identify change impacts and readiness levels, working with business partners to address risks and barriers to adoption.
Create tools and resources to build change capability across the organization, empowering leaders and employees to navigate change effectively.
Strategy and Analytics:
Conduct organizational diagnostics using surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of OD and change management efforts, using data to adjust strategies and communicate outcomes.
Stay current on industry best practices and research, leveraging insights to continuously improve OD and change enablement processes.
Collaboration and Consultation:
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners, providing expertise on organizational design, talent development, and change management.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align OD and change initiatives with business priorities and organizational goals.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional project teams as an OD and change enablement expert.
