Hartford HealthCare network and is the systemrsquos second largest hospitalJob SummaryManages the daily operations and provides leadership in Pastoral CareWorks with external volunteers pulpit supply clergy vendors community clergy and religious communitiesJob Responsibilitiesmiddot Manages day to day staff relations including organizing performance management staff satisfaction and conflict management Performs and oversees scheduling recruitment and payrollmiddot Ensures that Spiritual Care and Emotional Care needs of patients their loved ones and staff are met by spiritual care staff and by direct care of people coordinating patient care services with patients staff physicians and other departmentsmiddot Monitors departmental budgets regulatory compliance educational needs departmental contracts and vendor relationsmiddot Assists Vice President of Mission Services with developing specific goals standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organizationmiddot Assists Vice President of Mission Services with assessing the quality of patient caremiddot Ensures that Sacramental needs of Catholic patients are met and that
