We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Manager of Patient Services to lead a team of clinical and non-clinical professionals dedicated to delivering virtual care and remote patient monitoring services. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, and driving process improvement to enhance patient outcomes, with a particular focus on reducing hospitalizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Oversee a team of RNs, LPNs, and coordinators (full-time and PRN).Conduct regular 1:1 meetings for support and performance feedback.Operational Oversight:
Manage end-to-end RPM activities: referral processing, device ordering, vital sign alerts, and equipment returns.Collaborate with branches to ensure smooth program delivery.Quality & Performance Standards:
Implement call audits and productivity benchmarks.Analyze data for process improvements to enhance patient outcomes.Patient Outcome & Compliance:
Track team performance to reduce readmissions.Ensure clinicians’ licensure compliance.Scheduling & Inventory Control:
Manage weekend schedules and monitor inventory levels.Prevent shortages and minimize inventory loss.Vendor & Contract Management:
Maintain vendor relationships for inventory, shipping, and technology.Oversee RPM contract execution for physician group opportunities.Requirements:
Active RN licensure (compact licensure preferred).Proven experience in team management and leadership.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in remote work environments.Strong clinical background with direct patient care experience.Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and reduce hospitalizations.Skilled in reporting and presenting insights to leadership.Advanced Excel skills.Knowledge and experience in process improvement methodologies.
