This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our global Human Resources operations team. You will have experience in working within global payroll and time solutions, with a range of local and international stakeholders.

Together with your team, acting as the point of contact for all questions and tasks concerning Payroll.Ensure that Payroll team provides customer-oriented, timely and quality-oriented service to internal and external stakeholders.Work closely with Payroll and Time Centers of Excellence, vendors, and payroll team on maintaining efficient, effective, compliant and continuously improved payroll rules, processes and control strategy.Ensure payroll team organization delivers system changes roadmap (resources & skills available, priorities)Apply Sartorius HR & local labor laws policies & instructions & values regarding each area of people management (Objectives, Performance, Merit, Time & Attendance, Safety etc..). Among those:Take part to recruitment process.Be accountable for the collective performance of the payroll team to meet annual objectives.Develop technical skills & versatility of team members to ensure short&middle term employability & takes actively part in talent talks (support, coaches, grow accountability, create opportunities for development & teamwork, define annual training plan)Ensure agreed functional organization is operated efficiently & effectively through clear & communicated overall RACI among payroll team and interfaces with HRS team and internal clients.Build annual budget for his scope.Working on projects, local as well as internationalWhat will convince us:
Master Degree in HR or similar, linked to payrollStrong payroll experienceFamiliarity with modern payroll service center structures and solutions within an international environmentAbility to design and operate digital payroll processes.Ability to prioritize workload to enable reaching service level agreements (SLA’s)Strong service & solution-oriented approach and effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage and lead a team even in difficult situations (change management skills ideally) in French and EnglishAbility to design & build and operate efficient, standard, and effective payroll processes & strategy of control while leveraging digital toolsCapability to apply discretion and sound judgment in managing decisions and handling sensitive and confidential information.Identifying with our corporate values: sustainability, openness, joy.About Sartorius
