Summary:
The Manager of Recruitment and Workforce Planning leads the overall recruitment and retention function for Riverside Health System. This role provides professional support and advice to the hiring managers and recruitment team on recruitment and retention best practices. This role oversees all recruitment advertising, prepares job advertisements and decides best placement of the recruitment advertisements. This role, in conjunction with the recruitment team, develops creative solutions attract and retain staff for the Riverside Health System. This role screens applications, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, psychometric tests and personality assessments. This role monitors the market and completes market and internal equity reviews and makes recommendations for wages for new hires and internal changes (promotions/demotions). This role also will assist in the annual increase process.
Experience/Education Requirements:
Master's degree required.Minimum of seven years of previous healthcare experience required with healthcare recruitment experience preferred.Excellent communication, computer, interpersonal and organizational skills required.License or Certification Requirements:
