Manager of Research Development

Job Description:

At Illume, you will be responsible for:

Develop research studies that address priority areas of focus and clinical service development. Participate in developing, writing, and overseeing research grants for projects assigned and/or to assist others.Monitor grant progress, and ensure implementation is aligned with fidelity, compliance, and other related regulatory requirements.Facilitate research to gain knowledge or create/improve interventions that enhance treatment for persons with behavioral health conditions and/or the training for those implementing the interventions.Analyzing, interpreting, and reporting agency outcomes data and other program evaluation studies or research projectsOrganize data sets to be able to identify trends and assist in research decision making.Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to assess and address community needs for enhancing a recovery orientated, evidence-based system of care.Work to publish findings in peer review journals   Participate in conferences to share findings
