The Manager of Respiratory Care is responsible for the day-to-day operations of respiratory care services at assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staffing, fiscal management, development of policies, procedures, and protocols, quality improvement, and interaction with physicians.

• Assisting team members as needed, communicating information to team members as applicable and coaching, counseling and mentoring.

Certifications and Licensures Required:

RRT (Respiratory Therapy License) Active NBRC Credential for RRT BLS (Basic Life Support)

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree Master's in Management - Preferred

Experience Required:

5 Years of Respiratory or Cardiopulmonary 3 years of Management Role in a related field or Supervisory Role in a related field Management Role in a related field - Preferred

Specific Skills Required:

Mentoring skills Management skills Computer skills appropriate to position

Shift Hours: 6:30am to 3:00pm

Shift: Shift 1
