Job Description A client of Insight Globals is looking to hire a Manager of Retail Systems to lead and manage end-to-end Retail IT projects as well as a small team. These projects include enhancements, upgrades, and new technology rollouts. This role requires collaboration with high level stakeholders within the business, vendors, and other cross functional teams. The goal of this job is to drive business architecture, requirements gathering, and solution design to meet organizational goals. As well as oversee regional retail and support teams, providing operational support and advanced troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and retail IT knowledge is necessary for success in this position. This is a 3-month contract to hire position in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, with an onsite requirement of 3 days a week. Compensation: $47/hr to $57/hr. (EUROS) Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements - 8+ years of experience of managing systems and people in the retail technology sector - Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or relevant professional experience, education, and training - Experience implementing programs for retail systems specifically in IT. - Knowledge of IT operations, troubleshooting, and IT business processes. - Retail knowledge as it relates to store management meaning reporting, POS management, and merchandise management. - Experience with network hardware & configurations: firewall, routers, switches, TCP/IP, or Cisco Meraki. - Experience with the Aptos retail suite of products. - Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management. - Experience utilizing JIRA for driving programs tasks and resources availability. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
