PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 – $129,400 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Analyze claim trends, recommend risk control measures, and implement mitigation strategies to improve outcomes Monitor and review claims, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution while collaborating with third-party administrators and brokers Lead problem-solving efforts, applying analytical thinking to develop innovative solutions for complex risk management challenges Provide guidance on insurance costs, address stakeholder inquiries, and recommend best practices to enhance processes and compliance Oversee projects or initiatives with moderate risk and complexity, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards More about you Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Previous workers comp claims experience required. Ability to work with internal stakeholders, defense attorneys, claim adjusters, and insurance broker claims advocates Knowledge of jurisdictional workers compensation statutes, typical litigation procedures, casualty claims adjustment principles, medical management processes, and related medical and legal terms Knowledge of practical and prudent risk control or loss prevention measures and techniques Effective negotiation skills Excel and Powerpoint experience.
