How you will make an impact

Assume overall responsibility for the safety, security, and well-being of the community Conduct safety inspections, testing, and audits in support of Life Safety and OSHA complianceIdentify safety/security risks and responds accordinglyConduct investigations, documents and preserves evidence as requiredOperate company vehicles safely and in accordance with established policies and applicable lawsResponds to incidents and emergencies of significance and serves as the incident commander until relieved by a higher authorityServe as the liaison officer to external first responders

What you will need

Must be at least 21 years oldMinimum of 3 years of experience in public safety leadership (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement), Emergency Management, or comparable leadership experienceCurrent and valid driver’s licenseMinimum of 1 year experience working in an Emergency Responder roleEmergency Medical Responder Certification (within 6 months of hire)Professional Security Certification such as CPP, PSP, or CHPA (preferred)Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certificationOSHA 10-Hour certification within 6 months of hire

Compensation: commensurate with experience, starting at $65,000 annually plus eligibility of up to 8% annual bonus.
