Jockey is seeking a Manager of Shopper and Channel Marketing to join our Marketing team!
JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Shopper & Channel Marketing will support Jockey’s marketing efforts across various retail channels (mass, department stores and specialty). This role will contribute to developing and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition, sales and brand engagement through innovative shopper marketing initiatives.
This position can be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in developing and executing shopper marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive customer acquisition and sales in retail channels, including online platforms and in-store experience. Work closely with sales, product marketing, media and brand marketing teams to align channel strategies with overall media and brand objectives. Continuously support analysis of market trends, marketing tech, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing strategies. Assist in the planning and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in brand and product messaging to maximize ROI. Assist in overseeing the shopper and channel marketing key performance metrics, ensuring efficient recording of campaign and tactical performance. Aid in reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and third parties, supporting and tracking negotiations. Manage processes and contracts to optimize product placement and promotions. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, innovation and excellence. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in shopper/channel marketing and communications, preferably in the apparel or retail industry. Proven track record of contributing to successful marketing strategies in a multi-channel online and offline retail environment. Experience in testing, measurement, reporting and optimization. Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills.
