Our Digital Transformation has two parts: we’re building a modern active-active cloud-native enterprise platform, and just as exciting, we’re rolling out advances in 3D scanning, 3D printing, and AI for the dental industry. This role demands a high level of coding proficiency and a deep understanding of front-end technologies including React, Angular, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor who can deliver clean, efficient code and is experienced in both unit and integration testing using Jest and Cypress. Software Development: - Drive the development and implementation of scalable, efficient, and robust technical solutions using Angular, React, and Typescript. - Make strategic architectural decisions, balancing long-term objectives with the urgency of immediate demands. - Leverage micro frontend architectural patterns to decompose monolithic front-end applications into smaller, more manageable pieces. Testing and Integration: - Develop and maintain robust testing platforms using Jest and Cypress to ensure applications function as intended. Collaboration and Innovation: - Utilize agile methodologies to deliver projects, enhancing team agility and productivity. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers. - Keep abreast of emerging technologies and propose changes to the existing architecture as needed. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a solid foundation in React, Angular, and TypeScript (Flutter is a bonus). - Proficient in testing tools such as Jest and Cypress. - Familiarity with code versioning tools like GitHub. - Experienced in using JIRA for task management and agile project tracking. - Demonstrated experience in architectural decision-making and leading complex software projects. - Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
