We are currently seeking a Manager of Standard Costing to join our Boart Longyear team in Kąty Wrocławski, Poland.


Responsibilities
 Lead calculation of standard costing across the group. Maintain or develop group-wide standard costing standards.Prepare and analyze cost reports and variance analyses to provide insights into cost performance.Conduct regular cost audits and implement cost control measures to reduce expenses.Collaborate with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to support budgeting and forecasting.Develop and maintain cost allocation methodologies to ensure accurate product costing and profitability analysis.Review and update cost allocation models and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Minimum QualificationsMust be authorized to work in PolandMust have valid Driver’s LicenseBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in standard costing or a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of cost accounting principles, standards, and best practices.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
