Our client, global marketing firm, is looking for a Manager of TA Operations. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent for the right individual. The key responsibilities will be managing data and reporting and utilizing Excel daily. The ideal candidate will love to work in spreadsheets and be able to collaborate and communicate across teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive data-driven decision-making in a global talent acquisition environment. Responsibilities:

Manage custom reporting requests and maintain a reporting calendar for Talent Acquisition Operations.Maintain and enhance interactive dashboards to visualize recruitment data, supporting strategic decision-making.Identify, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Talent Acquisition.Independently analyze and resolve data integrity issues to ensure accuracy.Develop reporting templates, calculation logic, and KPI widgets to measure system and process performance.Standardize data tracking processes across agencies to ensure consistency and scalability.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leads, HR, and business leaders to interpret and distribute data insights.Consult with stakeholders to optimize reporting, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

What You'll Bring:

Impeccable attention to detail - accuracy in reporting is non-negotiable.Advanced Excel skills - experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulaic problem-solving.Critical thinking abilities - capable of detecting data inconsistencies and providing insights beyond raw numbers.Strong communication skills - ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Self-motivation & adaptability - comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in seeking solutions, and eager to learn.Ability to work independently and in teams - managing multiple deadlines with accountability and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with recruitment/staffing processes.Familiarity with iCIMS (ATS Search, CRM Analytics features).Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
