Overview Manages all casino operations, including maintaining the facility’s operating license and enforcing gaming regulation. Focus on the guest experience Acts as the senior advisor to all departments on overall casino operations. Operates in compliance with the ICMPs and all State, Federal and Local regulations. Responsibilities Manages all casino operations, which includes maintaining the facility’s operating license and acts to enforce gaming regulations. Acts as the senior advisor to all departments on overall casino operations, including planning, organizing and staffing. Advises and recommends strategy to ensure the development of an effective and productive staff. Provides direction, advises and makes recommendations pertaining to all casino operations and regarding gaming regulations. Manages all casino operations and team members in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act. Authorized complimentary casino service to customers or employees within limits as established by the General Manager. Accesses entry to all casino assets and restricted areas. Performs, when necessary, as backup to casino staff. Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed or directed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Immediate employees on premise. Qualifications A minimum of 3 to 5 years management experience with the day-to-day gaming operations. Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screen Gaming industry experience is strongly preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Key Colorado Gaming License is required. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Strong guest service skills and the ability to ask questions and apply deductive reasoning and listening skills are essential. Pay Range USD $56,485.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
