The Manager of Operations oversees the operations of Plant, Laundry, Housekeeping, Food & Nutrition, Central Supply and Purchasing. Works jointly with the Administrator to define goals and plan objectives. Directs the business and management services for assigned departments and staff. Plans, organizes, manages, and directs program management and clinical improvement activities in support of regional priorities and initiatives. Participates with senior leadership in formulating, administering, and evaluating operations strategy and policy.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 6 years in a healthcare business related field 4 years recent management or leadership experience

Preferred qualifications:

Master's Degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
