About Lemmen Holton Cancer Center
We treat cancer using the latest technologies and treatments including gene sequencing of tumors, targeted therapy, and advanced oncology surgery techniques. We use a team approach to care, bringing together different areas of expertise that specialize in any type of cancer.
With the assistance of an RN Supervisor, this Manager Operations, Surgical Oncology has oversight of three specialties, head and neck, upper GI and orthopedics supporting twenty-one providers.
Scope of work
Responsible for the structure and daily operation of assigned physician practice site(s), managing and working collaboratively with the staff, providers and other departments and professionals. Manages the efficient and productive operations of the site(s) with a focus on quality and customer service. Manages multiple sites and specialty programs.
Qualifications
