We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** Under the leadership of the Corporate Director of Operations, Patient Logistics Centers & Medical Transport Services (PLC & MT), the Corporate Manager of Operations, Patient Logistics Centers & Medical Transport Services is responsible for planning and executing infrastructure and operations projects across the Patient Logistics and Medical Transport department. He/She will drive the continuous improvements to the quality, usability, and adoption of the tools and resources available to both departments. Projects will be focused on technology, communications, emergency preparedness, labor & productivity, process improvement, and the alignment/acquisition of new facilities, business units, and functions. The Operations Manager, with direction from the Director of Operations, will serve as the business owner of multiple initiatives – driving standardization, setting strategic priorities, planning implementations and ensuring project execution. As the Manager of Operations for the HCA Patient Logistics Centers, you will: + Lead and execute the technology strategy for the organization including solution development and implementation + Lead projects to improve the quality of the tools and resources available to the Patient Logistics Centers (PLC) & Medical Transport (MT) teams. + Contribute to the identification, planning, and execution of PLC & MT programs and projects + Support integration efforts for new facility acquisitions and service line expansions + Support efforts related to expansions, relocations and consolidations of PLC locations + Partner with other corporate/field service-line leaders as needed to maintain alignment on specific initiatives and/or general strategic direction. + Support PLC & MT emergency preparedness initiatives and serves as key team member for Emergency Operations Council activations and hospital evacuation efforts, including night and weekend support during emergency events. + Support onboarding and ongoing skill development of PLC & MT leaders and staff + Support alignment with key service lines, business areas, departments, and programs to support HCA and PLC & MT and to increase collaboration for growth across HCA + Present at meetings when needed or as substitute for Director of Operations, audience may include both field and corporate leadership **Qualifications** **Education and Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree (4 Year Program) + Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology development lifecycle or implementation + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite + Excellent communication skills and executive presence **Preferences:** + Master’s degree (1-2 Year Program) + Strong knowledge of advanced Microsoft tools including SharePoint Online, PowerApps and advanced excel functions (VBA, PowerQuery) + Previous Leadership or Project Management experience and skills HCA Healthcare (Corporate) (https://careers.hcahealthcare.com/pages/corporate) , based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
