**Description** The Operations Manager coordinates, implements, and supervises all services of Day Services of Collabria Care. Follows and interprets all policies and procedures, applicable laws and licensing requirements at all times, regarding ADHC, ADCRC and ADP programs. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in the field of nursing, social work, psychology, recreational therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy or speech therapy, or registered dietitian, or professional in gerontology or related field. + Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
