Manager Operations - Hospice

This position will cover Napa and Santa Rosa (Petaluma office) Hospice ministries.

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to day functions of the branch offices. The Operations Manager collaborates with department leaders to develop and implement administrative strategies as defined by the Executive Director and collaboration with the Director of Operations.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Business or related field. 5 years Healthcare Operations experience.

Preferred qualification:

Home Care experience
