Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Oracle Techno-functional  

In this role you will be responsible for to Drive projects for ‘first time right’ delivery will be a key metric of success. Own the end to end delivery of the project from the understanding the business need, finding right solution, testing and implementing this as per the Genpact guidelines. Work closely with stakeholders, Product Vendor internal practices and driving the delivery teams to execute and implement solutions within committed timeframe 

Responsibilities: 

Follow Agile waterfall model, tools and frameworks, to deliver repeatable long-term solutions as per the need 

Having strong partnership with business stakeholders IT solutions teams 

Provide functional consulting services by acting as Subject matter expert and leading key stakeholders through the entire Project cycle. 

Identify the business requirements and map them to the existing platforms and identifying the gaps and providing the right solutioning 

Having capability to find risks and their impact on the processes much in advance  

Having project management experience in handling/ managing big scale projects which are global in nature with scope of multiple geographies 

Having good communication and presentation skills  

Qualifications we seek in you 

Minimum qualifications 

Graduate in Technology (any stream) 

Relevant years of working as project manager with prior developer experience in ERP technologies is added advantage 

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills  

Preferred Qualifications  

Interaction with global HR Stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss solutions, taking care of project issue and the resolutions 

Participation in Leadership reviews 

Provide weekly/ daily/monthly reports as project demand 

Should have done 2-3 projects in Oracle ERP as techno-functional
