What You’ll Do + Lead daily operations for Primary Care & Walk-In Clinics in Kalispell and Columbia Falls. + Oversee provider recruitment & onboarding to ensure seamless integration into our team. + Implement process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency and patient care. + Foster a collaborative environment, bringing teams together for problem-solving and innovation. + Address staffing needs & productivity concerns while maintaining a high level of care. + Manage financial performance, compliance, and strategic planning for clinic success. What We’re Looking For + Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business (or equivalent experience). + Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (preferably in healthcare). + Experience in Primary Care operations and understanding of outpatient workflows. + Strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and team engagement. + Ability to navigate difficult personalities and leadership challenges with professionalism. + Passion for process improvement, innovation, and driving standardization.
