\n \n Job Description

The Manager over Violations and ARB (Architectural Review Board) plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nDrive through the community on a golf cart to perform property maintenance inspections.\nNotify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.\nRespond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.\nInvestigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.\nProcess architectural applications for exterior modifications.\nFiling, making copies and other general office tasks on a daily and as needed basis.\nSchedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.\nAttend property committee meetings\nSome weekend hours\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

\n Requirements

Requirements:

\n\nFlorida CAM license preferred\nValid Driver License\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree Preferred\n1-3 years of directly related or closely related experience.\nExperience in Community Property Management preferred\nKnowledge of company policies, procedures, and forms.\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)\nKnowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.\nKnowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.\nKnowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nFlexible schedule which could include evening and weekends.\n\n
