ABOUT THE ROLE

Exciting times ahead at The Absolut Group where we are looking for a dedicated Manager P&L and Cash Controlling to join our Finance department in Stockholm, Sweden!

In this role, you will be our P&L and Cash Controlling expert, bringing key controlling expertise and building strong partnership and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, globally. 

Joining us in this role means you ensure accuracy of TAG financial performance and data through close cooperations with all TAG entities and process Improvement and optimization.  

Your role will be a mix of both strategical and operational tasks and you will lead a great passionate team of 3 Controllers. Finally, you will report to our Director Controlling & Accounting.

In this role you will

Ensure reported financial performance is accurate and that the main drivers are identified and understood.Consolidate relevant financial data and analysis for sharing with internal stakeholders at all levels, as well as with HQ to drive finance awareness and understanding within the organization.Provide insights and challenge the organization as to rolling forecasts, resource allocation and cost control.Manage a high performing team of 3 Controllers.Provide leadership, coordination, and support to all TAG entities in Sweden, UK, Mexico, Germany, and Japan.Propose and implement stable and efficient processes and ways of working to ensure accuracy and delivery on time as well as delivering critical Group Transformation Projects (such as Polaris, LEAP).

ABOUT YOU

University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.5 years of experience with minimum 3 years in Financial/Business controlling.Experience from working in a cross-functional organization and in cross-functional projects.Experience In managing a team would be appreciated but It Is not mandatory.English spoken and written with great proficiency.
