Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

To enable exclusive access and VIP treatment for Wynn’s influential guests on and off-premises. To develop strategic partnerships, curate and deliver special events with our retail partners, other luxury fashion & beauty brands, and art institutions.

VIP Hosting & Relationship Management

Develop and maintain lasting relationships with Wynn Private Access's clients and strategic partners while managing the end-to-end client relationship process.Proactively engages with clients regularly in deep discovery conversations, delivering a best-in-class client experience.Be able to take our clients through an exceptional journey, offering them a one-to-one personal experience.Suggests and curates experiences tailored to each individual's needs, aims, and lifestyle - aiming for relevancy and inspiration.Ensures guest is 'touched' during critical journey points - arrival, dining, stayover, and departure.When appropriate or requested, accompanies guests to off-premises venues.Ensures all guests requests are executed flawlessly and guest experience is frictionless

Partnerships

Develops deep relationships with Wynn Private Access partners.Forms partnerships with all internal stakeholders, especially retail, resort events and community relations to expand our network and reach.Proactively seeks to form new relationships with tastemakers focusing on luxury, fashion, beauty and art.

Special Events

Partners with Community Relations, Resort Events, Retail and Marketing departments to source, curate and deliver exclusive special events targeting our most discerning guests.Plan and execute all aspects of special events, from concept to post-event evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional experience for each guestCultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance event opportunities and drive mutual benefitsSupports the logistical planning and operational details of special event strategies.

Systems & Processes:

Maintains immaculate guest dossiers across all systems.Ensures guest knowledge is shared and kept in Empower.Leverage Empower to document client interactions in detail.

Leadership & Culture:

 

Acts as Wynn brand ambassador in the communityEnsure all guests and employee interactions are in accordance with Forbes 5-Star standards.Actively promotes and uses the Company’s Core Values to lead by example.

QualificationsA minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, retail, or private membership clubs. Bachelor’s degree required.Extensive dossier of contacts in fashion, beauty, and arts.Entrepreneurial and firsthand approach to access tastemakers, partners and collaborators in new markets.Exceptional knowledge of hospitality property management systems.Proven experience in customer relationship management.Problem-solving attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Extremely guest-centric.Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.Understands the needs and attitudes of UHNWI.Empathetic and attentive to guests’ needs.Detail oriented and curious.Excellent knowledge of CRM and property management systems.Must be 21 years of age or older.Obtain and maintain Gaming registration in specific jurisdictions.
