Join CentraCare as the Manager of Patient Access and lead dynamic teams in our rural locations!  The Manager will coordinate registration functions across multiple Patient Access locations including Long Prairie, Baxter, Melrose and Sauk Centre. This role will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and develop staff to ensure efficient and effective services are provided to CentraCare patients! 

Schedule Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Long Prairie, Baxter, Melrose and Sauk Centre  Monday - Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

  Qualifications  Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business or other related field - OR - Minimum of 4 years of experience in lieu of education 5 years of experience in healthcare and billing or admitting – OR – 3 years of experience in collections including supervisory experience – OR – 3 years of experience in healthcare management with supervisory/management responsibilities  Strong background in financial management and knowledge of federal and state laws and requirements relating to healthcare management Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) preferred Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
