Under the direction of the Regional Director of Transfer Center Services, the Manager of the Patient Placement Center is responsible for daily oversight of the transfer center team and all aspects of daily operations. This position will assist in implementing division-wide initiatives and outcomes measurements related to NorCal and SoCal transfer centers. This position will also provide education to the staff related to transfer process and protocols, CMS regulations, standard workflows, and department policies. In addition, this position will assist with the continued development of services to meet the Patient Placement Center vision.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field California Registered Nurse License upon hire 2 years of Leadership experience in the management of transfer centers, including case management and business development, with ability to drive innovation and take educated risks 2 years of Supervisory/management experience in an ambulatory or acute care settingPreferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing, Business or related field Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) upon hire 5 years of Leadership experience in the implementation and management of transfer centers and/or in case management. 5 years of Supervisory/management experience in an ambulatory or acute care settingWhy Join Providence?
