The Manager Patient Safety works to ensure that Swedish reliably delivers safe and effective care to our patients and that we respond with compassion, thoughtful analysis and patient-centered solutions when adverse events occur. Additionally, the Manager of Patient Safety understands industry best practice in the space of patient safety and works across Providence St. Joseph Health and Swedish Health Services to help lead the organization to a harm-free future.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field. 5 years related experience in risk management and/or patient safety.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field. Upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) and/or Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) or similar Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 3 years senior leadership experience in a matrixed health system.
