The Payroll Execution, Banking & Garnishment Manager will have overall responsibility for managing the execution, banking and garnishment transactions. This position will be responsible for resolving batch payroll processing and employee garnishment issues to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. This position will also ensure payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policies and procedures.
This position will be located in Irving, Texas and does not offer a full-time telecommuting arrangement.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with at least 10 years' of relevant payroll experienceMust have proven analytical skills and ability to resolve complex payroll issuesHighly organized with the ability to mentor, coach and lead a team through change while maintaining day to day operationsSolid software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookPayroll management experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $158,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
